Euh... it's St. Maarten/St. Martin in the Caribbean. The island is half Dutch and half French...not the BVI, and despite having lived there for 16 years it really is a blast (literally) to watch! The beach in question, Maho Beach, is open to the public and has one of the most popular beach bars there too... very entertaining for any aviation buff!
