This normal stuff for the helo cropdusters. The trucks are custom made for this purpose and will often carry fuel and the dusting chemicals for on-site tanking up. Top platform is designed specifically for landing the helicopter.

In the USA you find more of those pilots (Vietnam Veteran Pilot's where going to this kind of operations after their service in the army)
I'm not saying this one is an old us-airforce pilot, It's just some background info :D
