Mi-28N Night Hunter

Mi-28N is a present day dedicated attack helicopter of the Russian Air Force with all weather day-and-night operation capability. By 2010 as many as 50 Night Hunters will be in service.

The Mi-28 fwd vision in the front seat (wpns officer) is indeed pretty poor (I guess thats why the pilot sits in the back seat ;) Once you hang back to slow down it is quite smart to give some right rudder to keep foward vision. I don't think the poor fwd vision will be a limitation in combat.
