FMC , Rwy in the "Fix" Page
I HAVE TO GIVE SOME EXPLAINATIONS !
This is a simple technic to know the direct distance to a runway (with an error of 0.1NM)
and the full distance to this runway if you have to follow the full flight plan.
During a descent it can help you to know if you can accept a short cut gave by ATC , or like in this case , to know if you are not too high to request a straigth-in visual approach.
1st line gives direct distance.
2nd line gives distance to go, following the flight plan.
