Iranian KC-747, KC-707 Tankers and AWACS in the largest-ever Iranian air parade (17/4/2008)

here is another part of the largest-ever Iranian air parade which held on 17/4/2008, including 200 birds, and this part is the flight of Iranian Heavy Military Aircrafts including KC-747, KC-707 and AWACS, Iranian Tomcats refueling from these jambojets and increase their flight time and the patrolling range and operational range,not F-14 but any other aircraft which has the ability of refueling,
the fleet of Iranian KC-747s are exclusive all over the world, awesome!
Iranian AWACS was shown for the first time accompanying with Mirages!
Iranian president " Mahmood Ahmadi Nejad" and the Iranian Air Force Commander is watching it directly,

I love these vids of this event. They are pretty good despite the distance, and one shoots with what one has camera wise....I know that from experience. They can launch a large number of AC. I read various accounts of as many as 16 (maybe 20) F-14s being encountered in one flight by USN fighters over the Gulf. I bet the photogs on both sides were busy with that. They have managed to maintain them and make alot of the parts. We didn't have the brains enough to keep our F-14s in service despite all the updates and the great condition they were in.

Must have been hard to coordinate that many aircraft, think about seperation, different flight speeds, wake vorticies, and the sheer number of planes landing on one airfield. Quite impressive, let's hope that will be all those planes have to do: fly during parades in peace :)

I have the whole of this video, if you count the number of aircrafts from the begining you will find that the number 200 is completely true,ALL of the aircrafts flew for once, all the news media covered this big event, showing Iran power in the air
