And to think, the Ayatollah almost considered selling the brand new fleet to Canada in 1980 at a fraction of the cost. I bet he was glad that he declined when war broke out.

Man...that landing was hard...no flare, considering that it was done over a runway and not over a carrier. Very interesting video.
