Iranian Tomcat,lovely plane,really lovely

How you can tell that when you even don't know Iranians and you have not been there while I live in Tehran and know that all iranians are working hard to become self-sufficient. you have to know that we have the Tomcats flying and we have Phoenix missiles operational and we have many other weapons no one knows anything about them. We have upgraded our old weapons. You we have the technology of ballstick missiles and other hightech weapons so why do you think we cann't repair our tomcats? that's why anyone won't dare to attack Iran!

Trying to pass of legacy footage as brand new fools nobody. And registering under multiple usernames, some of which sound Anglo, to run interference doesn't help make the case. The whole "Iran has upgraded their Tomcats to modern standards and is flying them as their frontline fighter" premise nothing but a bad joke.

Obi Wan, it's really about a lot of immature children sitting at home in western suburbs saying to themselves "NO, ITS NOT TRUE, TOM CRUISE WAS THE BEST F-14 PILOT, F### IRAN."

The mass media and politicians have engendered a lot of reciprocal hate, it's not surprising to me, just sad.

In the brief time since I've joined this message board I've heard an awful lot of hostility in certain people's commments. Why? I'm sure Amir is an enthusiast just like the rest of us. Even if he was mistaken, give him a break. This sort of petty bullying is one of the reasons why the world is in such a mess in the first place.

Great video, Welcome Amir. Its very difficult to get that image secuence.
I follow the F-14 history some years from Tom Copper book and his page, and its true the F-14 still flying.

Good work! Its great that we can see new footage about Tomcat. Music in this video can be better. Where do You get these video clips? If You can get more that kind of a material I suggest You to do longer video about Iranian Tomcats. There are lots of people who would appreciate that much, Me including :)
Question to people who knows politics; Would it be possible to have Iranian Tomcat in European airshow?

i cant comment on if this footage is current, as this is the first ive seen off it. BTW, good vid.
But i do know that as of the last year Iran still had quite a few Tomcats, as well as F-4s, hueys , and chinooks, flying. I think that Iran has done a pretty good job keeping these aircraft operable.

Can you please quit saying this footage is recent footage proving the birds still fly unless you have some solid proof. If it is then great, but you dont see me posting fighter fling movies on one of your Iranian Sights saying its all a lie the american are still flying tomcats, and here is proof the 1989 fighter fling with a post from me saying recent vid prooving the powerfull interceptors still protect the sky of American Oceans.
