Yes its civilian airport in Finland. It was about 10am, during this time of year at 65latitudes sun rises about 10.20 and sets 1400pm. Kyllä se oli sen aamun viimeinen lähtö Oulusta kohti Rovaniemeä, 2 viikkoa lapin lennosto harjoitteli Oulussa.
