Wow!! I can't believe that there is a video of when the Su-35 BM first flew, awesome!! I admire the Russians for such great stuff, especially fighters, and all the other countries that make fighters and have all the other great stuff, too!! If anyone wants to know what the BM stands for, it's Big Modernization in Russian. The Su-35 BM and the Mig-35 share several things in common, one such thing is their superb maneuverability, and several other stuff!! As for those who think that Russian fighters like the Su-35 BM are weak, think again!! As the old famous saying goes, you can't judge a book by its cover. The Russians are no dummies, and I'd say that they have as just as great as a military and all of that as ours and the other good countries. In fact, the best fighters that the Russians built include the Su-35(both regular and the BM), Su-37(The first two being the best and ultimate Flankers), Mig 1.44 MFI(Multi Functional Fighter in Russian), and the Su-47 Berkut. great plane but its Raptor food. the F-22 pilots r not dumb enough to get to close behind one so there for most of the manouvers that this plane can do r useless. i think the F-22 is 100times better but all we can do is wait and see.

Drag chute are only when landing on iced ground and here it was... try to brake a 33 tons whith standard brakes on an iced road... you'll have a big surprise!

Well, actually, braking with a drag-chute on a 4th generation aircraft is somewhat obsolete if it's standard procedure... I doubt the F-22 has a drag chute, the Rafale lands in 450m on brakes alone, but has one in case of emergencies, I've seen a Eurofighter land with one but for the show, and there are a lot of F-16s without..

All the aircraft have brakes......the drag chutes help them slow down quicker and it's also a way of ensuring you don't burn out the brakes.....that plane weighs near 30 tons.
