There design of tail,ie drouge chute confused me,but now i know these were the sepcial versions of F-16s ie F-16A/B MLU block 15 with drouge chutes.

Drouge chutes were added for the countries like Norway,Denmark,Netherlands and Turkey,singapore did thought to add drouge chutes but didn't.They are used to make a landing smooth especially in icy runways like norway or netherlands.
