The Blue Angels to not use g-suits or oxygen. The g-suits, like many have said, can inflate and cause the stick to move, which is normally steadied on the leg of the pilot. Also the oxygen tube gets in the way and is not needed because most, if not all, of the flying during the demonstration is done below 10,000 feet. However, the oxygen and g-suits are hooked back up when the pilots move from destination to destination, and it takes very little time to do so. The Thunderbirds do use both oxygen and g-suits due to the fact that the stick is on the right side of the cockpit out of the way of the g-suit.
