Peru. South Africa and Uruguay are just observers... There are no impalas here. Only Aemacchi MB 326 from brasil that are made in embraer.
Mirages from brasil.
A4-AR from Argentina.
F-16 form Venezuela.
M2000 from France.
AMX from Brasil.
F-5 from Brasil.

Yes, well. It seems to be a variation of differnt airforces.I defnitly recognise some of the aircraft, as some of them are used by the South African Air force. Plenty types of Mirages, tell me that it is probably Brazil. (the one plane really looked like an Impala, so maybe even the SAAF). The flags at the end are another clue, so that is why I mentioned SAAF.
