Jeeze, relax a bit people.
It was a fantstic experience for someone who is not a pilot. There was a cockpit cam and I had a cam. When I put the footage together I thought Van Halen would be fun music to put it to. As it then becomes a puesdo music video, to all intent and purposes, I put some extra footage in to add extra excitment to the vision and to fit in with the music. It is not desgined to be a technical manual of a Mig 29, 1 or 2 seat version, its a holiday video, so for those of you who take exception to the accuracy of the video, who cares! You go do a flight and you can upload the video in any way you want to.

I used a Panasonic Nv-Gs400 Dv-cam. It was excellent for the job.

So, for those that like it, glad you do and you take it for what it is, a bit of fun, and to those who don't, I couldn't care less.

i can only say one thing here that its a 2 seat mig-29 and not 1 seat Mig-29 why put in sceens with an 1 seat Mig :P

i'm sorry with the guy that made this video, but i didn't like...
you mistake a lot of scenes from another videos of the Mig-29 doing manoveurs with your video... so change the name to Mig-29 footages... =/

I am looking for a Dv Cam to shoot in flight video too. Wich would you recomend?

A cool version would be one with just jet noise and radio comm. from this flight. That would be music to me.

It costs ~$10-15k I believe, I don't know if the flight to Russia is included though, but if you can pay ten thousand for a single flight on a Mig-29 you probably won't starve if you spend another 1k:)
