Near Miss

Thats defiantly the pilots fault. All drop zones are clearly marked as hazards on the standard navigational maps. They are to be avoided at all costs for exactly this reason. Given that this was a chipmunk, I'd say it was a learner (ie not got his license) solo nav exercise and he f*cked up !! Lucky if the CAA/RAF didnt see this and rip him a new one! This is the sort of thing that gets you grounded...PERMINANTLY !

Who is responsable! Pilot offcourse he can affect on his flight path much more than free fall skydiver

wow,in a parachut zone normaly they have special control or notam to they area,here in canada they close the area for a short periode of time during the jump...in this video,if the guys not open is chute,im shure is going to hit the plane loll...
