MiG-29 Shoots down Georgian UAV (MUST SEE)

It's not a wingtip pylon. Though I do admit, at that distance it looks a bit like that. But, looking carefully, you can see that the burn is big enough to engulf not only the wingtip, but most of the wing aswell. Almost certainly this missile was launched from the pylon nearest the wingtip, not a pylon on the wingtip.

But its really strange the wingtip pylon.

Since when does a Mig-29 have a wingtip pylon? could be Su-27 for all we know (and i think it is). Plus, WTF was the UAV doing over Abkhazia? the conditions of Moscow ceasefire in 1994 forbid any Georgian military flights over the territory. so the UAV kinda got what it deserved :D

Apparently the camera operator knew exactly where the Mig 29 was going to be to get it so clearly on camera...

Yeah I just dont get it why the Russian Pilot dont use the cannon, could be a very cheap action against the Georgian UAV. Any way I think it was an intrussion of the Georgian Air Space from the Russian Mig-29
