The view of the pilot is included in the cockpits I bought at stopworks.com. and may I say I higly recommend them

one thing, just how do you get that view of your pilot hwen you are pulling up aftah the fly-by?

Mict, it is Falcon 4 Allied Force with the Tom's Hi-TilesAF add-on and a simple edit of the VALIDAC.BIN file in the F4AF install directory to get all planes flyable in the game.
