| About: | WARNING- You´re about to meet a Sukhoiholic I´m in love by general aviation and i´ve got a tremendous passion for Sukhoi planes. I am the member of FreeStaf Club Quote: Originally posted by SukhoiLover 1st-Staf´s action after that were made because he was not banned under legal terms and he wanted to show his frustration towards fraudulent functioning of the site 2nd-How could staf know it was illegal if it is not explicite in the rules plus nobody warned him it was?? It\'s not fruitful to argue this. Whether someone has violated the ToS, and whether the Service will be terminated for them, is up to our discretion. Obviously it would be nontrivial to write every single thing that you can\'t do, so in the Member Conduct section of the Terms of Service we describe a variety of behavior that we consider a ToS violation. Because there is not a list, whether something is a violation or not is a decision that has to be made, and it\'s our decision. I decided that exploiting the points system is a violation of paragraph G of the Member Conduct section of the Terms of Service. I feel justified in banning someone for this. Additionally, while our internal policies dictate that we generally warn someone that their behavior is a violation of the Terms of Service, this is in no way required of us. Of course it is no way requierd to you, because this way the poor guy can commite the same mystake again without knowing its a violation so you can ban him has a revenge for what he wrote about you and you know what?? He is right, getting married so soon is one of the biggest mystakes you will ever commit, at your age you should be enjoying the world, not getting stuck already due to marriage and much less having a kid so soon, open your eyes Patrick!!!! I know its your life but, this is my way of thinking and whatever you say USA is a free country so staf has the right to say anything he wants plus you saw that on a message which was suposed to be private and the reasons to make that aren´t right since staf didn´t know it was ToS violation, staf was banned under illegal and unfair conditions and the right attitude is to accept him back even if with some restrictions, i think you already noticed how many people like staf and you might have noticed that he is one of the most active members of the site. Sukhoi Su-35 BM, Ruler of the Sky!!!! Pavel, be proud of your legacy!!!! http://sukhoitribute.blogspot.com/ FREE STAF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Post No. 24135 - August 9, 2007 11:27 AM GMT -0500 Patrick Owner Re: FreeStaf Club It doesn\'t matter if he\'s the most active member on the site. He intentionally violated a rule twice, which anyone would know to be wrong, so he was banned for it. It\'s not like it was a surprise to him. If you intentionally went out of your way to get thousands and thousands of points in an illegitimate way, you\'d expect to get in trouble for it too. Plus, either way he deserves a permanent ban for the 20 or so additional accounts he\'s created, which is another ToS violation. Has i stated before he created those accouts to show he´s frustration towards the fraudulent functioning of this site, because has i stated already win points in the way he did its not in the ToS, plus has i stated already he wasn´t warned about it beeing a violation, this is only a shameful revenge situation!!!! Post No. 24139 - August 9, 2007 12:01 PM GMT -0500 Patrick Owner Re: FreeStaf Club The reasoning doesn\'t matter in this situation. As in life, if you intentionally break a rule then you get in trouble for it, no matter what your reason for doing so was. There are much better ways to go about being heard. If someone feels wronged then they should feel free to contact me privately about it. Post No. 24142 - August 9, 2007 12:16 PM GMT -0500 Patrick Owner Re: FreeStaf Club I never said staf was my enemy. He can feel free to email me. Knowing something is a rule is your responsibility, and something you accept by using the site. However, as I said before, we generally will warn you about breaking a rule before you\'d ever be banned, in case you didn\'t know, or just so you know that it could result in a ban. If someone does something more serious, or something which is an intentional attempt to do something wrong, then we may ban then without a warning. Like I said, if you intentionally exploited the website to earn points in an illegitimate way, you would expect to get in trouble for it. That\'s really just a matter of your own sense of right and wrong. This is the case, to staf there was no problem since points are no important to him, all he wanted to show was the fraudulent functioning of this site, plus if he´s sense tells him that there is no problem about it but nobody tells him it is wrong how can you expect him to stop???? Once again, staf was illegaly and unfairly banned and this is a shameful revenge from you. Sukhoi Su-35 BM, Ruler of the Sky!!!! Post No. 24144 - August 9, 2007 12:27 PM GMT -0500 Patrick Owner Re: FreeStaf Club Look, this isn\'t a philosophical or political debate. If you\'re really confused by the position I\'m taking then think about this in the context of a country and you\'ll understand that what you\'re arguing would not work. But all it really comes down to is this is my site, and I make the rules. The rules are reasonable. Staf was banned because he did something wrong and he knew it. He won\'t be unbanned. I\'m not going to discuss this any longer. Mans with good minds are also good philosophers and its difficult to argue against them as you can see ( to the ones who don´t know me i´m just 15 )...... \"This is my site and i make the rules\", so much ego, so much, well you know, egoism, all that ego will blind you trought your life and will make you have bad attitudes, like the one you had with staf. \"he did something wrong and he knew it\", same thing again?? I told you he didn´t know it Sukhoi Su-35 BM, Ruler of the Sky!!!! Our little history…
After the last war with Osea, our butt get a good kick, well, we lose a lot of civilians, army, navy and Intercepting and Air defense divisions, so the only thing that wasn’t so kicked was our economy, that is on fleet again and ready to invert on some militaries utilities…
Right now the strongest division is the navy, who have the latest air upgrapes *Rafale-M, F-35JSF, F-2, F-16X, Mig-29K, Su-33, E/A-18, F/A-18, F/A-18 2 seat combat aircraft*
Our Army will get in business soon and the Air defense and intercept division is trying to get in air again, Our ass will not be kicked again if you help us to protect our ass, so if you join, you will be helping Yuktobania to rise again, so here is our sad past and our happy future
What happens if I don’t like to flight in jets?
No problem guys, you will be assigned for cargo, AWACS, or Jammers missions, but first, you must have passed our test to be a Jammer, AWACS or cargo plane
I like to be in more contact with enemy GND fire than enemy air?
Easy guys, we have our choppers and our attackers in one of these 2 divisions, Army and Navy, so, if you like to attack radars select the army divisions, but if you like to attack destroyers and carriers select the navy divisions
I don’t know to flight well
Don’t worry guys; we have our training missions to help you to be an ace pilot, to be a troop’s nightmare or to transport your nuclear deliver safety to home, or to jamm enemy signal…

Not for me, that aircraft belongs to Judy Pay, I only fly gliders.
