Wow, i didn't know that, though i always wonder if the pilots didn't suffer any damage when they bailed out, because of the G's...

my first idea was also that it is test of ejection. look at the rear canopy. it seems to be customed for tests.

It looks the rear cockpit is "heavily protected" so that it can be reused, maybe it is a test and the ilot continues flying the aircraft

I'm not sure but it should be a 2-seater MiG-25UB used for Ejection Seats tests...the one in the picture looks like a standard K-36DM (one of the best ejection seats available today) with the 2 typical stabilisation parachutes coming out from 2 cylindrical fairings mounted on the sides of the seat's headrest.
