It is an exelente plane and it expires with his assignment, if Colombia could not support them for an inadequate logistics does not want to say that the plane should be inadequate, has very good potency of fire, very manoeuvrable and resistant to the impacts, reaches in spite of seeing the British qualifications after the war of the malvinas, where some of them were captured and taken to ingland where they were testeados thoroughly.
Here in Uruguay they are grouped in in the air escudron Nº 2 attack (The eagles).

Excellent airplane. Specially desigend for COIN role. Many people say it's the equivalent of the A-10 but with props ;)

Obsolete for fighting the guerrilla??? wht kind of aircraft do you want for that role??? Colombia received 3 Pucaras not 5, as part of a donation. They may be in a plane graveyard because of the lack of spare parts and an inadequate logistic, not because of their unsuitability for the COIN role....
