RM-70 Modular is Slovak upgrade of the RM-70, Czechoslovakian Multiple Launch Rocket System, obviously ground-to-ground. This upgrade allows this artillery system to launch both 122 mm and 227 mm rockets used on the M270 MLRS. More at:

It was taken at the 2004 music summer festival "Pohoda" in Trencin, Slovak republic. The festival was held at former military airfield and Slovak Armed Forces use such youngsters activities for promoting itself. Promotion consist of military technique display, some army actions display, military gulash for lunch (excellent soup) and of course recruitment tent. Our army do it very smart, I think. Also MiG-21F-13 was displayed, which is at previous photos.
