F-104 Mirage F-6
PAF 's air power consisted of these 3 planes in late 60's . Among them F-6 (Chinese built MiG-19) later was the work horse of PAF and remained in service well uptill 2002, replaced by F-7PG. Mirages are still in service with PAF and are extensively upgraded to ROSE II standards which allow the jet to perform Night strike missions and fire PGM's. It can also carry Pakistan's locally developed ALCM-RAAD. PAF now operates the largest fleet of Mirage after France. Not sure abt the starfighters that when they were retired but they were extensively used during '65 and '71 wars with India .

A IAF pilot when saw Starfighter coming....shouted in Hindi 'Run its a Starfigter',his all tema mates ran away..he landed at damaged landing strip inside Pakistan.Hw was taken Prisoner, his name was Sqn Ldr Sikan...later rose to the rank of AVM....
Though the Starfighters didn't got much kills for PAF but still they really did excellent job in increasing the fear factor.
I think there were less than 15 F-104s in service due to some embargo nonsense. I don't think they did very well as they are totally outclassed by Mig-21s in a dogfight. One of the most over-rated fighters in history. The F-6s and Mirages were far more useful. Nice vintage shot btw. Thanx for posting this.
In September '65 Indian MiG-21's were not fully operational and IIRC they hardly ever flew a mission in '65. While PAF had an operational squadron of 12 Starfighters.
Btw, Here is a much detailed account of F-104's service in PAF .
