Heumm, that "smells" home here. This is a Mirage 2000-5F from the fighter squadron 1/2 "Cigognes" based in the AFB 102, at Dijon (France).

They are a lot of landscapes looking like that in France, and this a typical Burgundian landscape (land of Dijon). But that's would be also in eastern France (Jura, Vosge, land of Gex or even Switzerland).
