Mojo...Not sure whats up with the number. I can tell you that the F-14's are all retired now so there is no need to number them any certain way.

What is this code "1007" ?
Modex 100 , 200 ... 500 are used on carriers to show the primary fonction of the squadron, but 1000!?
Is it just a fake modex code or from a special squadron ?

The canopy was painted black because they removed everything in the cockpit when the Tomcats were deactivated.
