I was only refrencing your Mach 1.2 number. The humidity that day was relatively low and has little to do with it at all.

At 650mph You are still in the transonic range (around 0.9 mach at see level). And in fact, it is possible to see cloud's low-pressure. I guess the air humidity was high at this place ?

In this shot, the aircraft is at transonic speed. One can see a little shock wave here. This phenomenon appears just under mach 1.2 usually. Check6, You uploaded nice shots.
