Unknown plane

I don't know wich plane it is (maybe russian???) but I've spotted it at the static-show, Defence-days 2006, Bevekom/Beauvechain Belgium.
If one of you know wich plane it is, It would be great if you say it ;-)

The wings a different for example. The 21 has deltas and the 22 can change the positin of the wings for better highspeed flights.
