P-51 Mustang Preflight
A P-51 Mustang runs up it's engine as part of it's preflight checklist prior to taking off at the 2006 Thunder Over Michigan airshow, held every year in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Notice the blurred propellor, caused by the high RPMs of the engine at high power. The aircraft is painted in WWII Royal Canadian Air Force colors. More photos and videos are at AirshowStuff.com!

I love this angle, it shows the huge propeller and the hunging oil cooler intake well.
Nice colors too on this one.
The shiny bare metal is awesome, but the vast majority of Mustangs look alike with it.
This one stands out.
