Ok here's the deal. You've probably seen a photo like this uploaded here a while ago, with only a slight difference, it was a real life photo. I found it pretty cool so I decided to make a hand drawing out of it by using my Tablet and the original photo as a scheme, hope you like it.

... didn't you read what I wrote ... It's not photoshopp, I drew it on my pc with my Tablet. A handwriting feauture you can purchase from every electronic shop on the net. All I did was using the real photo as a scheme, nothing more, nothing less.
