Better plane that the USN? I think not! I'd say this is way less capable than the Superhornet.

It's a shame the French have a better plane on their decks than the USN. Heck we aught to buy in on the Eurofighter Typhoon and codevelop a naval version with the British. It'll definitely be better than the Superbug or the JSF.
