Uh since when did General Dynamics make FA-18's I thought it was McDonald Douglas then Boeing???????????
Correct, General Dynamics built the F-16, which competed with the McDonnell Douglas YF-17 for the USAF LWF competition. General Dynamics was later bought by Lockheed-Martin, and McDonnell Douglas was bought by Boeing.
