Umm yeah sorta, basically these pilots do displays when they are required to and they start practicing only a week or less before the actual performance, which means we don't have a dedicated team, they do it because they have to and they enjoy doing that...u know how pilots are..;)
exactly what i mean, they don't follow up with it that seriously, they do it because they have to. I'm sure if given the resources and time they can kick major players off the ranking list, unfortunately in Al Ain i think they didnt make it to the podium but im not sure i didnt wait for the results...
In addition to that this display team performs on national day parade(23 March) and on every passing out parade of PAF academy, risalpur.Sometimes when any distingish head of state came to Pakistan then this team also perform,(but It rarely happens, because mostly they head of states visit the captial and if they came here to buy Pakistani trainers like Mushak/super Mushak then this team fly T-37s and 2 Mushaks also perform and show their qualities to the customer.)

Its only one Sherdils(its english transulation is "Sher" mean lion ,"Dil " mean heart so lion hearts),they were made to polish the qualities of young pilots.
In 80s there was T-37 as main training aircraft then in early 1990s PAF inducted there own Mushak Mfi-17 as the first aircraft to train new pilots, then in 1994 K-8 was acquired from china but they are only 10,10 more will join in future.
