Why me? I don't know much about the F-104.... ;-P

Ok ok, the F-104S has provisions for 9 harpoints. The aircraft in this pic are in clean configuration with just the 2 fuel tanks, anyway:
The wingtips can each carry a fuel tank or an adapter pylon for the AIM-9L/M.
Each wing has connections for 2 pylons, the inner ones can carry additional fuel tanks or bombs, the outer ones can carry bombs or adapters for either the AIM-9L/M or the AIM-7 Sparrow or the upgraded Italian-buil version of the Sparrow, the Alenia Aspide.
The F-104S also had connections for 3 ventral pylons, the centre one could carry one bomb, or a range training pod with bomblets, whereas the outer ones could carry either bombs or additional Sidewinders.

Please notice that the F-104S used in the Interceptor role usually carried stores in the wings pylons and tips; those used in the Fighter/Bomber role usually carried further stores in the centre ventral pylon, the 2 ventral outer ones being rarely used because of aerodynamics effects.

Done!;-)
