Besides, I have to agree with something I have heard around here: today everyone uses CAD/CAM modelers (probably produced by the same people too) with quite narrow parameters to set, no surprise the shape of many aircrafts is similar.
Anyway, I am adept of the school of thought that says 'if two things are meant for the same task and their projects have similar requirements, then they will look the same.'
