If I have understood correctly (which is not a guarantee seen how misty can be Mikoyan lately) the OVT is an add-on available on demand to customers: new exhausts and a modification of the controls.
I'm aware of how its offered...my question was, do they currently have OVT on this aircraft. This is a demonstrator airframe...it's not in full production.
Sorry for the misunderstanding. To be honest, unlike Sukhoi, Mikoyan is not fully convinced of the value of the vectored thursters as combat system. According to them, it grants improvements only in such minor areas of the combat flight envelope as to be too expensive for its worth (a 12% to 15% in manoeuvrability improvement). Cleared this, the RD-33MK engines fitted on the demonstrator should be equipped with the system, albeit in a version with reduced nozzle excursions inrespect to the one of the MiG-29OVT demonstrator.
