Kriss I said "knelt" because the C-5 can extend and retract its landing gear on the gound to facilitate easier cargo loading.

I would be hard to tell from this picuture. If I could see the serial number on the tail I could tell you for sure. I worked on C-5A/B's for three years at Dover AFB. While I was there they started the avionics upgrades to glass cockpits. I may be wrong but I thought they were doing the engine mods at either Wright Patterson and or Warner Robbins.
