Of course I believe it and it's true. A part of the technology for Mirage-4000 was used in f-22 and other aircrafts.
It didn't get into service due to it's high cost
It is the biger brother of mirage-2000. 2 engine long distance interceptor. It included many innovations and the technology developed for it was later used in f-22. It was cancelled in 1979 due to extremelly high cost. It would have made a nice couple with it's brother
