i have red about that also. they were talking about us fouga magister / t37 engine in place of original jumos. Those engine were quiet similar as far i as know. but i ve red also it will be a very difficult program 'cause there were not that much me 262 produce and most of them had been destroyd or baddly modified for experimentation after war.

Nice liberator. That s a pretty rare plane nowday. I have seen one flying once in USA years ago.It was in 2001 in San Angelo texas. I was doing touch and goes in c152 right behind him. i had chance also to talk with crw for few minutes in the FBO. A very nice flight souvenir ...
