It look like the Undercarriage collapsed on itself. Correct me if Im wrong, maybe the front gear fell I dont know.

Slippy runway can also be a reason of this crash,this viper has no drouge chute and the countries like Norway,Netherlands,Sweden,Denmark etc have mostly icy runways.
