Its taken while training or they use two seater hornet in airshows too???
The number 7 jet is the backup aircraft, if one of the others has a problem before or during the show, the pilot uses the number 7 aircraft to continue the demonstration. If the maintenence crews have time, they'll often change the number on the tail of the 7 jet to the number of whichever aircraft it's replacing.
