Unknown AC at Geneseo NY........huge biplane.

Does anyone know WTF kinda AC this is? It was at Geneseo NY in the 1990 airshow, but I cannot find any reference to this anywhere. It was almost the size of a Swordfish. I just wanna know what it was.
