B-52G low pass, Dayton 89 (pic #1 of 3)
The Dayton airshow of 89 was plagued by a storm that suddenly cleared in time for the flying to start, resulting in a great deal of humidity and moisture (including mud up to my ankles). This B-52 made a high speed pass that caught me by surprise, but I managed to get off three shots with my Cannon T-90. This is the first as the 52 comes out of the vapor cloud surrounding it. Taken on Agfachrome 400 at 1/500 second (I think) with my Vivitar 100-500 zoom. It's not diving, but flying straight and level in its characteristic nose down attitude.
